How Do I Meet People?

West Shiloh Baptist Church is not a place for spectators. It is a place for team members. Whether you are a five-year old child, a ninety-five year old grandmother, a busy mom, or a businessman with big responsibilities, we want you to be a part of our vibrant church community. Here is how you can learn, serve, and grow at WSBC.

Small Group / Sunday School

Often, small groups of people are better able to interact and learn about a topic than larger groups are. For that reason, West Shiloh Baptist Church has small group bible studies. The size of the group is anywhere from six to fifteen. As we grow, we are looking to grow with additional groups as well.

Youth Ministry

Each Sunday morning, children get to participate in their own classes. Bible lessons are taught in such a way that every child gets to participate and learn. Every class teacher is carefully screened and thoroughly trained in children’s instruction. The youth ministry of West Shiloh Baptist Church is recognized for their close interaction.

Children’s Church is available every Sunday morning during the worship services for those aged 4 to 9. Nursery is available for those 6 month to age 3.

Young Adults

Life can get complicated once you cross that nebulous threshold into adulthood. There are complicated decisions…….Bigger stakes…….Serious relationships……and a lot more difficult decisions. The young adult group of West Shiloh Baptist Church provides a welcoming atmosphere for college and early-career aged young people and we will have a new class for this group starting this fall.

Women’s WMU Group

This Groups gives the ladies in our church family special times of interaction while they reach out and serve others around our community.

Golden Friends

Once you get past fifty, the fun has just begun!  Whether retired, just plain tired, or active as ever, the Golden Friends group of West Shiloh provides refreshment, ministry, and times of valuable interaction. A mentoring ministry gives older believers a chance to meet with and help younger believers grow in Christ.
